ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION - LAREDO, TX

U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS

Ecosystem restoration for the betterment of three federally listed endangered species: ocelot, jaguarundi, and least tern along the Rio Grande in the city of Laredo. 

SCOPE: earthwork, grading, erosion repair and control, seeding and blankets, drainage improvements, pond hydrology, construction of artificial nesting islands, debris reduction, mulching and recycling, removal of invasive plants and trees, reclamation of unimproved roads and trails.
